Cancellation Policy
We're aware that wait times are long and appointment spots are limited. A late cancellation or missed visit not only leaves a hole in our practitioners' day but negatively impacts appointment availability for our other patients who need care. As a result, we kindly request 24 hours' notice for all appointment changes or cancellations. This allows us to offer the appointment spot to other patients waiting for visits.​
​Missed appointments and late cancellations will incur a 50% cancellation fee. The last thing we want is to charge avoidable fees, so kindly ensure to provide notice for all appointment changes. We thank you kindly in advance for your support.

Credit Card Requirement
In an attempt to limit no-show visits and improve accessibility to appointment times, credit card information will now be required to book all visits for naturopathic care. The credit card information will be stored in a 256 bit encrypted, PCI compliant software (Stripe and Payfirma, through Jane App) equivalent to that of banking technology, and will not be visible to staff. The card will only be used in the event of missed appointments or late cancellations.
